Dairy products can also leave it tasting salty, which is why high-protein products such as eggs are better than lots of milk to get semen-upping protein.
4. Avoid fast food
Processed foods are among the worst. Not only do they contain all kind of toxins and unpleasant things for your body, but they make your semen taste funky, too.
